The equipment operates on AC power. If you only have DC power available, you’ll need a pure sine wave inverter to convert power from DC to AC.
We provide a return sticky back return shipping label with every shipment. Drop it off the equipment at any UPS access point or we can schedule a UPS collection at your address.

You can use other routers with the Starlink kit by connecting a network cable from the included Starlink network adapter to your router’s WAN port.

The Starlink dish requires to be outdoor with a clear view of the sky. However, once the dish is set up outdoors, you can use the internet indoors by positioning the starlink router indoors, the cable that connects the Starlink dish to the router is about 15 Meters.
Deliveries are made to the UK only however you can take it and use it abroad for no extra cost in Europe.
If you require service outside of Europe, please select the Global Roaming add-on option on the product page.

You can change the Wi-Fi name and password using the Starlink app. It’s available for download on both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. After installing the app connect to the Starlink’s Wi-Fi to modify your network settings.
How to Stow the Starlink Dish

To set the Starlink to bypass mode first the router must be in a factory default state, meaning no WIFI SSID or password has been set.
Once the Kit is powered up connect to it via wifi or ethernet cable and open a web browser page on 192.168.1.1
A web interface will open and you may select the option: Enable Router Bypass mode
This mode should only be used under some specific circumstances like if you require port forwarding with the publicly available IPV6, if you wish to use your own router equipment, etc..
