Returns

Returning your Starlink rental kit is simple. The return service is included as part of the shipping fee paid when placing your order.

Although the shipping fee is usually £36, this mainly covers the delivery of the equipment to you. The return label is included with your rental kit at no extra charge.

How Returns Work

Before dispatching your rental kit, we prepare the return documents in advance.

Your kit will normally include:

  • A prepaid UPS return label
  • Return instructions
  • A printed UPS collection notice, where eligible
  • Packaging guidance to help you return the equipment safely

Please keep the return label and any collection documents safe, as you will need them when returning the kit.

UPS Collection

Where available, we will arrange a UPS collection for the agreed return date.

If a collection has been arranged, the collection notice will usually be printed and included with the equipment. Please make sure the kit is packed and ready for collection on the agreed date.

The equipment should be returned in its original case or packaging, with all parts, cables and accessories included.

UPS Access Point Drop-Off

If there are any issues with the UPS collection, or if it is more convenient, you can also drop the equipment off at a UPS Access Point using the prepaid return label provided.

This is often the easiest option if:

  • The collection driver does not arrive
  • You miss the collection
  • The collection address is difficult for UPS to access
  • You prefer to return the kit at a time that suits you

Important Return Notes

Please make sure the equipment is returned on or before the agreed return date.

Late returns may affect future bookings and may result in additional rental charges, especially if the kit is booked for another customer.

Before returning the kit, please check that all items are included, including:

  • Starlink dish
  • Router
  • Power cable
  • Dish cable
  • Network adapter, where supplied
  • Short network cable, where supplied
  • Case or packaging
  • Any other accessories included with your rental

If anything is missing, damaged or not packed correctly, deductions may be made from the security deposit.

If You Have a Problem Returning the Kit

If your UPS collection fails, the label is lost, or you are unsure where to drop the kit off, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can help confirm the best return option and, where possible, provide a replacement label or updated return instructions.
